Jennifer Sherry is an Associate Professor at the Department of Dental Hygiene, College of Health and Human Services, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where she has been teaching since 2000. Her work focuses on dental hygiene education and clinical practice.

Her research interests include dental hygiene education, oral health policy, and community health initiatives. She teaches courses such as Dental Hygiene Radiology, Anatomy of the Head and Neck, and Ethics in Practice Management.
