Natalie Brown Devlin is an Assistant Professor at the Stan Richards School of Advertising & Public Relations, University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on crisis communication and digital media within sports contexts, particularly analyzing how social media empowers organizational stakeholders during sports-related crises. She also teaches courses on digital metrics in the Texas Media Program.
