Natalie Biebl

Natalie Biebl is a research assistant and doctoral student at the Chair of Civil Law, Data Economy Law, Data Protection, Digitalization, and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bonn, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Louisa Specht-Riemenschneider. She is also employed at the Center for Medical Data Usability (ZMDT) and collaborates with Asklepios Clinics Hamburg since 2024. Her responsibilities include conducting research on data usability in the medical field.

• Education: Law degree at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt am Main (completed first state examination in December 2023).

Her research focuses on the intersection of legal frameworks and emerging technologies, particularly data protection, digitalization, and AI in healthcare contexts. Her work bridges legal theory and practical applications in medical data management.
