Natalie Bernard serves as the Assistant Dean of Master's Programs in the G. Brint Ryan College of Business (RCoB) at the University of North Texas (UNT), holding an adjunct faculty role in the Department of Management. Dr. Bernard earned a B.A. from Texas Christian University, an M.S. in Sport Management from Texas Tech University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education from UNT. Her professional expertise focuses on enrollment management strategies and strategic planning within academic affairs, leveraging over 13 years of higher education experience, primarily at UNT.
Her work emphasizes optimizing academic programs and institutional growth through data-driven decision-making and collaborative leadership.
