Dr. Nat Benjanuvatra is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Human Sciences, The University of Western Australia (UWA), and a member of the UWA Defence and Security Institute. He specializes in physical conditioning for health and well-being, with a focus on biomechanics, swimming, and aquatic exercise. His roles include coordinating the Sport Science & Exercise and Health program and teaching courses in biomechanics and motor learning.
