Dr. Naoko Rotunno is affiliated with Millersville University's English & World Languages Department within the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. She holds a B.A. in Art History and Aesthetics from Ochanomizu University (Japan) and an M.A. in English from Slippery Rock University (PA). Her teaching responsibilities include Elementary Japanese (JAPN 101/102), Intermediate Japanese (JAPN 201/202), and Japanese Culture (HUMN 391).

- Interests: Japanese literature and applied linguistics
Her academic focus centers on promoting cross-cultural understanding through language education. Outside academia, she enjoys piano, classic films (1950-1970), and reading Japanese literary works.
