Nancy P. Barnett is a Professor in the Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences and affiliated with the Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies at Brown University. She holds a joint appointment in Psychiatry and Human Behavior. Her research focuses on developing brief interventions for substance use, social network influences on alcohol use, and wearable technologies for health assessment. She completed her graduate training at the University of Washington and postdoctoral work at Brown.
