Nancy I. Williams

Nancy I. Williams is a Professor of Kinesiology and Physiology at The Pennsylvania State University, where she also serves as Department Head for Kinesiology. Her research focuses on the complex interactions between energy balance, reproductive function, bone health, and exercise performance in women. She directs the Women's Health & Exercise Lab (WHEL) and maintains affiliations with the Integrative and Biomedical Physiology program and Center for Reproductive Biology and Health.
