Naji Touma

Dr. Naji Touma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Urology at Queen's University, affiliated with the School of Medicine within the Faculty of Health Sciences. He serves as a Clinician-Scientist at Kingston Health Sciences Centre. Dr. Touma holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Medical Degree from the University of Western Ontario (2003). He completed urological residency at UWO, became a Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (2008), and undertook a minimally invasive urology fellowship at McMaster University's Centre for Minimal Access Surgery.

His research focuses on minimally invasive surgery techniques, oncology applications, and health outcomes analysis. He has contributed to over 15 peer-reviewed publications and presentations at major conferences. Dr. Touma joined Queen’s University faculty in 2009, blending clinical practice with academic research in surgical innovation and patient care.
