Najah Zaaeed

Najah Zaaeed is an Assistant Professor and Graduate Coordinator in the Department of Health Promotion and Wellness at State University of New York, Oswego (SUNY Oswego). She holds a DrPH in Public Health from Loma Linda University (2017), MSW from Syracuse University (2007), and EMPA from the Maxwell School (2007). Her research focuses on refugee/immigrant health, aging with disabilities, maternal/child health, and global health equity. She previously served as a mental health specialist for Interfaith Works and chairs the Society of Refugee Healthcare Providers (SRHP) Ethics Committee.
