Nadja Rode is a Researcher affiliated with the Faculty of Law at Humboldt University of Berlin. She has served as a Research Assistant to Prof. Dr. Axel Metzger since July 2023 and previously worked as a Student Assistant to Prof. Dr. Dr. Grundmann from July 2019 to July 2021.
Her research interests span Patent law, Legal theory, and Economic analysis of law. Her recent publication on the EU Data Act explores regulatory challenges in data governance, reflecting her engagement with contemporary legal and economic issues in technology and intellectual property.
