Nadja Kufner is a Research Fellow at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, affiliated with the Department of Sociology of Work and Gender Relations within the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) and is actively involved in research and teaching.
Her research interests focus on the intersection of work dynamics, gender relations, and social inequality. Her work examines organizational structures, labor market trends, and the sociological implications of gender in professional environments.
