Nadia Sourial is an Associate Professor and researcher at the Université de Montréal's School of Public Health, Department of Management, Evaluation, and Health Policy. She holds dual affiliations with the CRCHUM (Centre de Recherche du Centre Hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal) and the Department of Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine. Her research focuses on evaluating primary care systems for older adults, particularly using causal inference methods to assess healthcare policies and interprofessional team effectiveness. She received a PhD in Family Medicine from McGill University and has extensive experience in biostatistics and health services research.
Key areas of expertise include dementia care, social vulnerability analysis, and the application of advanced statistical techniques to observational healthcare data. She leads multiple research projects funded by agencies like the FRQS, IRSC, and Fonds de recherche du Québec.
