Nadia Lascar is a Senior Lecturer at Aston Medical School within the College of Health and Life Sciences at Aston University. She transitioned from clinical research in type 2 diabetes to medical education in 2018, holding roles as Clinical Teaching Fellow, Lecturer in Health Sciences (2020), and Deputy Phase 1 Lead (2023). She chairs the Midlands Medical Education Committee and leads teaching blocks in Renal and Clinical Pharmacology.

Awards include Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and membership in AoME/ASME. She supervises five undergraduate medical students in summer research internships and contributes to national projects on clinical teaching standards.
