Nadia Giannetti, MD, serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at McGill University's Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and holds an Investigator position at the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) within the Cardiovascular Health Across the Lifespan Program. Her clinical and research work centers on cardiology, with specific expertise in heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and heart transplantation.
Her research focuses on developing personalized therapeutic approaches for dilated cardiomyopathy patients and optimizing clinical outcomes in heart failure management. For over a decade, she has contributed to national standards as an active member of the Canadian Heart Failure and Heart Transplant Guidelines committee, while leading multiple multicentre clinical trials as both local and national principal investigator.
