NGUYEN NGUYEN

Dr. Nguyen Nguyen is an Assistant Professor in the Counseling Psychology Doctoral Program at Texas A&M University’s College of Education and Human Development. His research focuses on multicultural and health psychology, emphasizing psychosocial factors influencing chronic pain outcomes in minoritized communities. He directs the Health, Empowerment, and Advocacy Lab (HEAL), which explores the interplay between physical, social, and emotional pain, and identifies resilience factors like critical consciousness and social support.
