NESLİHAN BAYRAMOĞLU TEPE

NESLİHAN BAYRAMOĞLU TEPE is an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgical Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine at Gaziantep University, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has held this position since 2020, following her progression from Doctor Lecturer (2015-2020) and Research Assistant at Hatay Mustafa Kemal University (2006-2011).

Her educational background includes Medical Specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics from Hatay Mustafa Kemal University (2006-2011), a Licence from Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine (2001-2006), and preliminary medical studies at Firat University.

Dr. Bayramoğlu Tepe's research focuses on placenta accreta spectrum disorders, gynecological oncology, cervical cancer biomarkers, HPV research, and pregnancy complications. Her work bridges clinical practice with molecular diagnostics, particularly in identifying novel biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis. She has made significant contributions to understanding oxidative stress pathways in placental disorders and miRNA signatures in cervical pathology.

Her publication record shows a strong emphasis on placenta accreta spectrum disorders, with multiple studies on diagnostic markers like YKL-40 and Nrf2-Keap-1 pathways. She also has substantial work in cervical cancer diagnostics through miRNA profiling and in pregnancy complications including preeclampsia and ectopic pregnancies.

She has supervised seven theses on topics including placenta invasion anomalies, HPV research, miRNA expression in cervical lesions, and methotrexate therapy in ectopic pregnancies. She serves as Head of Department (since 2021) and Education Coordinator at Gaziantep University.

Dr. Bayramoğlu Tepe is actively involved in multiple research collaborations and maintains strong clinical and research connections with institutions including Hacettepe University and Gülhane Training and Research Hospital, where she completed specialized IVF training in 2020.
