NAVARRO RODRIGUEZ DE VERA, CASILDA

Dr. Casilda Navarro Rodríguez de Vera is an Associate Professor at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, affiliated with the Higher Polytechnic School of Orihuela and the Agro-Food Technology Department. Her academic work focuses on food processing and innovation, particularly in meat, dairy, and fish products. She coordinates courses such as "Basic Operations in the Food Industry" and "Unit Operations in Food Processing" for bachelor's and master's programs.
