معرفی
Müge Kasanmanscheff is a Professor of Physical Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, Technische Universität Dortmund, Germany. She leads a research group focusing on advanced EPR spectroscopy, bioinorganic chemistry, and metalloprotein studies, particularly investigating hydrogenases, DNA G-quadruplexes, and radical chemistry in biological systems.
- Research interests include EPR spectroscopy, metalloproteins, radical chemistry, and bioinorganic catalysis.
- Recent publications highlight her work on hydrogenase radical signals, DNA G-quadruplex flexibility, and tyrosyl radical characterization in E. coli ribonucleotide reductase.
Her scientific awards include the Wissenschaftspreis 2022 from Reinhard-Zellner-Stiftung, the Ernst Award (GDCh, 2022), and the Exploration Grant (Boehringer Ingelheim Stiftung, 2022). She has advised PhD students like Shari Meichsner, Yury Kutin, and Melanie Hermanns, with ongoing collaborations in hydrogenase research and G-quadruplex studies.
