Myron D Gross

Dr. Myron D Gross currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Laboratory Medicine and Pathology department at the University of Minnesota. His research program spans genetics, epigenetics, and cardiovascular disease mechanisms, with particular emphasis on:

• Genomic variation in cardiometabolic disorders
• Epigenetic aging markers and pulmonary function
• DNA repair pathways in inflammation
• Longitudinal cohort studies like CARDIA

Dr. Gross has led or collaborated on numerous NIH-funded projects including the Coronary Artery Risk Development in Young Adults (CARDIA) Study, Genome-Wide Association Studies, and Phenolic Research Interest Group initiatives. His work has been published in high-impact journals including Nature, Circulation, and Epigenomics.
