Myles Dempsey

Myles Dempsey is a Senior Lecturer in Digital Forensics and Course Leader for the BSc (Hons) Cyber Security with Forensics degree at Sheffield Hallam University. With 16 years of industrial experience and 9 years of academic experience, he bridges real-world applications with theoretical knowledge in his teaching.

His research focuses on Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, and Employability Skills Development, with recent presentations addressing equity in education and gamification techniques. He actively promotes cyber security awareness through outreach programs as a STEM Ambassador and Cyber First Ambassador.
