Dr. Myles Bassell is a student-focused Lecturer and Associate Dean at Brooklyn College's Koppelman School of Business, with over 20 years of full-time faculty experience. He serves as Program Director for the Business Administration graduate program and chairs multiple academic committees.

His research explores online education pedagogy, transformational leadership, and marketing innovation, with a focus on creating effective learning environments and developing leadership frameworks for chaotic systems.
Dr. Bassell has received multiple accolades including the Tow Distinguished Teacher Award (2016) and Professor of the Year (2024), alongside repeated Excellence in Teaching and Service Awards from 2013-2022. His work spans marketing ethics, branding strategy, and business analytics through publications and international conference presentations.
As Academic Director of the Entrepreneurship Experience Program (2007-2011) and current Associate Dean, he has mentored hundreds of students through hands-on business learning initiatives. His committee roles include Faculty Student Disciplinary Committee Chair and AACSB Assurance of Learning Coordinator (2015-2024).
