Mustafa Özakça

Mustafa Özakça is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Gaziantep University, Turkey. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales, Swansea (1993) and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Gaziantep University (1989). His academic career spans over 30 years, including positions as Professor (2003–present), Associate Professor (1997–2003), and Assistant Professor (1993–1996).
