Dr. Mustafa POLAT is an Associate Professor at Karabük University's Faculty of Literature, Department of Curriculum and Instruction. He has been actively serving at Karabük University since 2012, progressing from Instructor to Doctoral Instructor, and currently holds the position of Associate Professor since 2024. He also serves as the Head of Department at Karabük University. His academic journey includes dual BA degrees in English Language Teaching and International Relations from Anadolu University, followed by a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the same institution.
Dr. POLAT's research primarily focuses on curriculum development, foreign language teaching, and higher education internationalization. His work extensively examines international student adaptation, 21st century skills, educational technology, and online education. His research methodology often incorporates scale development, bibliometric analysis, and comparative studies across different educational contexts.
His publication trends reveal a significant shift toward educational technology and internationalization, particularly with increased focus on online education during and after the pandemic.
