Mustafa Aksu is a Professor at Istanbul University's Faculty of Law, Department of Civil Law. His research spans Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, Information Law, and EU Legal Harmonization. He has advised 26 theses and published extensively on digital rights, family law, and obligations law.
