Prof. Dr. Mustafa AVCI is a prominent academic specializing in Ottoman Criminal Law, History of Law, and Islamic Law. He holds the rank of Professor at the Social Sciences University of Ankara, serving as Head of the Department of History of Law, Head of the Department of Islamic Law, and Head of the Department of Public Law at the Institute of Social Sciences. His career includes roles as a judge, academic administrator, and researcher with extensive contributions to legal historiography.
