Prof. Dr. Musa ÖZATA is a full-time Professor at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Management and Organization. He currently serves as Vice Rector and Dean at the same institution. Previously, he held academic positions at Selçuk University as an Associate Professor (2012-2017) and Assistant Professor (2007-2012). His administrative roles include Department Head and Dean roles spanning over a decade.

His work examines leadership impacts on employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, ethical reporting, and crisis management in healthcare systems. Recent studies investigate pandemic responses, digital transformation in healthcare, and innovative management practices in higher education.
