Musa Danjaji

Dr. Musa Danjaji is Chair of the Department of Engineering and a Professor of Nuclear Engineering at South Carolina State University. He serves as Academic Coordinator for the Nuclear Engineering Program and was appointed to the South Carolina Governor’s Nuclear Advisory Council in 2018.

Additionally, he contributes to alternative energy research, focusing on biodiesel production from non-edible seeds. Recent work explores viscosity modeling and flow properties of bio-oils for sustainable fuel applications.

Dr. Danjaji has received prestigious awards, including the 1997 USACERL Research Development Team Award, the 2017 SC State President’s Outstanding Mentorship Award, and a 2018 Certificate of Achievement at the International Conference on Renewable Energy and Resources.
