Professor Murray Phillips is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences, University of Queensland, specializing in the historical and contemporary dimensions of sport. He has held academic roles at the Universities of Canberra, South Australia, and Queensland, joining UQ in 2000. His research spans sport history, Indigenous sport, digital history, and socio-cultural analyses of sport.
