Dr. Muneeb Ul Lateef Banday is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center for Gender Studies (IZFG) at the University of Bern since September 2023. His work focuses on feminist decolonial analysis of Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) discourses, examining how neoliberal-gendered-colonial power structures shape future-of-work narratives.

Scientific recognition includes the ESKAS Postdoctoral Fellowship. He is affiliated with the British Sociological Association (BSA), International Critical Management Studies (ICMS), and Peer Community In Org Studies (PCI Org).
