Muhammet KARAOSMAN is an Associate Professor at Artvin Coruh University, Faculty of Theology, Department of Fundamental Islamic Sciences, specializing in Tafsir (Quranic Interpretation). He has been serving as Department Head since 2020 and previously held the position of Deputy Dean (2018-2019). His academic career at Artvin Coruh University spans over a decade, progressing from Teaching Staff (2014-2018) to Associate Lecturer (2018-2024) and currently Associate Professor (2024-present).

Dr. KARAOSMAN actively supervises graduate students, with several ongoing thesis projects focusing on classical Quranic commentaries, the relationship between Quranic exegesis and Prophetic biography, and conceptual analysis within Islamic texts.
He has served in significant administrative roles, currently as Department Head of the Department of Fundamental Islamic Sciences at Artvin Coruh University's Faculty of Theology, and previously as Deputy Dean. His professional experience also includes service as an Imam, Preacher, and Mosque Assistant at the Presidency of Religious Affairs (1999-2014), and leadership roles in community organizations.
