Muhammad Burdbar Khan

Dr. Muhammad Burdbar Khan is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior at the University of Northampton's School of Strategy, Management & International Business. He holds a PhD from the University of Stirling and an MSc in Management of Training & Development from the University of Edinburgh. With extensive industry experience in multinational corporations, he has managed HR departments and reported directly to C-suite executives.

His research focuses on:

• Islamic perspectives in human resource management
• Employee motivation frameworks
• Organizational development in cross-cultural contexts
• Microfinance and banking industry dynamics
• Change management drivers in developing economies

His single publication explores the intersection of Islamic principles with human resource development, establishing foundational work in religious-cultural dimensions of management.
