Muhammad Awais Shakir

Dr. Muhammad Awais Shakir is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Operations & Systems Management at the University of Portsmouth, UK. He holds a PhD from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, China, and an MSc from the University of Bolton, England. His academic roles include coordinating modules such as Digital Transformation and Customer Experience Management. Shakir has over a decade of teaching and research experience across Pakistan, China, and the UK, with a focus on digital business strategies, information systems, and emerging technologies.
