Mostafa Abdelaziz

Mostafa Abdelaziz is a Sealts Distinguished Visiting Assistant Professor of Chemistry at The College of Wooster. He holds a B.S. from Cairo University's College of Pharmacy and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Akron.

His research focuses on medicinal chemistry, including:

• Design, synthesis, and evaluation of anti-cancer small-molecule therapeutics.
• Study of porphyrin derivatives' photophysical properties for photodynamic anticancer therapy.
• Design and molecular docking of anti-Alzheimer compounds.
