Moshe Ben-Shoshan is an Associate Professor at the Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, McGill University, and a Scientist at the Montreal University Health Center (RI-MUHC) Glen site within the Infectious Diseases and Immunity in Global Health Program. He also holds an associate membership in the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Occupational Health at McGill University.

His research focuses on food allergy epidemiology, anaphylaxis management, chronic urticaria registries, and pediatric immunodeficiency studies. He co-led Canada's first nationwide severe food allergy study and established the Canada-wide anaphylaxis registry. Current work includes biologics efficacy in chronic urticaria and vaccine hesitancy in allergy patients.
Scientific awards include multiple fellowships from AllerGen and McGill University, first-place oral presentation awards, and the Alan Ross Fellowship. His clinical work involves direct graded oral challenges for antibiotic allergy confirmation and risk-stratification tool development for drug provocation testing.
