Moses S.S. Chow

Moses S.S. Chow is a Professor at the College of Pharmacy, Western University of Health Sciences. He holds a PharmD from the University of California, San Francisco (1972), and an AA from the City College of San Francisco (1968). His research spans over five decades, focusing on pharmacotherapy, pharmacokinetics, and drug delivery innovations such as nasal/sublingual formulations.
