Dr. Morgan Randolph serves as Principal Faculty in the Physician Assistant Studies program at Randolph-Macon College since 2022, bringing extensive clinical expertise as a Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist to advance medical education and patient care through medication safety and supportive care practices.
Her academic credentials include undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Doctor of Pharmacy (DPH) from East Tennessee State University – Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy (2012), and specialized residency training in Hematology and Oncology at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
Dr. Randolph's professional focus centers on pharmacotherapy decision-making in oncology, with deep expertise in medication safety protocols and supportive care strategies for cancer patients. She emphasizes evidence-based teaching methodologies that empower Physician Assistant students to understand the clinical rationale behind pharmacotherapeutic interventions, fostering critical synthesis of complex medical concepts.
She instructs core curriculum courses including Pharmacotherapeutics (PASD 661, 662, 663, 664) and Evidence-Based Medicine (PASD 671, 672, 673, 674) in the PA program. Her clinical background spans over a decade, including six years as outpatient Pediatric Hematology and Oncology clinical pharmacist at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU (2016-2022) and prior hematology/oncology practice with both adult and pediatric patients in Winston-Salem.
