Montserrat Yepes-Baldo

Montserrat Yepes-Baldo is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Barcelona, currently serving as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Students. Her professional activities focus on teaching, research, and institutional management. She teaches courses in Organizational Psychology, Occupational Health Psychology, and Internal Communication in Organizations at both undergraduate and master's levels.

Her research centers on Work and Organizational Psychology, with active membership in the PsicoSAO Research Group (Social, Environmental, and Organizational Psychology). She leads the Psychological Area of the UB-FA Chair for the Labor Integration of People with Disabilities. Key research topics include proactive workplace behavior, job crafting, and sustainable development goals implementation in higher education.

Recent projects include evaluating competency assessment tools (2022), investigating the impact of job crafting on nursing home care quality (2021-2024), and analyzing pandemic effects on higher education psychosocial contexts (2020-2022). She has coordinated multiple educational innovation projects like ODS implementation in psychology/education programs (2022-2024) and flipped classroom methodologies (2020).

As a researcher, she has published on telework motivation during the pandemic, employee engagement in eldercare settings, and sustainable education frameworks. Her administrative roles include managing academic affairs and student services at the faculty level since 2022.
