Monireh Ravanbakhshhabibabadi

Monireh Ravanbakhshhabibabadi is a Researcher at the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) within the Research Unit “Pensions and Sustainable Financial Markets” since June 2023. She concurrently pursues a PhD in Finance at the Center for Doctoral Studies in Business (CDSB) at the University of Mannheim, initiated in September 2023. Previously, she earned her PhD in Financial Economics from the University of Tehran (2020) and held research roles at the Central Insurance of Iran during her doctoral studies and at the Central Bank of Iran from 2018 to 2023.

Her research focuses on household finance, financial intermediation, and the intersection of insurance and central banking. This work aims to enhance understanding of financial market dynamics and sustainable retirement systems.
