Monika Lewandowicz-Machnikowska

Prof. Monika Lewandowicz-Machnikowska is a Professor at SWPS University's Faculty of Law and Social Communication in Wrocław, affiliated with the Department of Law and the Institute of Law. She specializes in labor law, social security, and social policy, focusing on legal frameworks for work-life balance, social risk protection, and poverty reduction. Her research addresses employment competition clauses, legal actions in labor disputes, and social support for vulnerable groups.

She holds roles as a legal advisor, member of the Polish Social Insurance Association, and part-time member of the Local Government Appeal Board in Wrocław. Her academic contributions include monographs on labor law and social security, as well as commentaries and articles in legal journals. She teaches labor law and social security at SWPS University.
