Monika Farsang is a PreDoc Researcher at the Cyber-Physical Systems research group (E191-01) at TU Wien, Austria. She holds an MSc degree and actively contributes to interdisciplinary research bridging computational intelligence and physical systems.
Her expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks with specialization in biologically-inspired architectures. She investigates Autonomous Systems and Robotics, focusing on multimodal perception (RGB-D) and system dynamics modeling in partially-observable environments.
Monika has supervised two Master's theses:
- M.-T. Stanusoiu (2025): Modeling System Dynamics In Partially-Observable Environments Using Biologically-Inspired Recurrent Neural Networks
- M.-L. Clement (2025): Multimodal RGB-D Autonomous Agents Steered by Deep Neural Networks
