Monica Seland

Monica Seland is a professor at the Queen Maud Memorial College for Early Childhood Education, specializing in pedagogical practices and children's well-being. She serves as program director for the Master in Kindergarten Knowledge and supervises students at all academic levels.

• Children's subjective well-being and participatory rights

Recent publications focus on psychosocial assessment tools, resistance in early childhood, and institutionalization effects. Her SEED Project (2017-2019) explores social-emotional education frameworks.
