Hege Nordnes

Hege Nordnes is a Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy at Dronning Mauds Minne Høgskole. She serves as a subject coordinator on the Department Council with primary responsibilities for practice and Rekom (Norwegian Centre for Competence Development in Early Childhood Education). Her teaching focuses on leadership in early childhood education, including courses like "Leadership, Collaboration and Development Work" and "Creativity, Wonder and Sustainability in Kindergarten" at the bachelor's level, along with contributions to the master's program in kindergarten management.
