Monica Montoya Novillo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Chemistry and Technology at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). She is actively involved in the Center for Studies and Research on Agricultural and Environmental Risk Management (CEIGRAM), a joint initiative between UPM, AGROSEGURO, and ENESA.
Research interests: Her work spans multidisciplinary agricultural and environmental risk management, with a focus on water science and technology, soil science, and microbiology. Key topics include water resources, agronomy, crop science, and earth-surface processes.
