Dr. Molly Karen Pritchard is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Biology at the University of West Florida (UWF), Hal Marcus College of Science and Engineering. She teaches courses such as Anatomy and Physiology, Genetics, Tropical Ecology, and Fundamentals of Ecology. Her research focuses on aquatic biology, particularly fish health assessment techniques, including studies on wild carp and grass shrimp.

Her research integrates aquatic animal health, histopathology, and environmental diagnostics. Pritchard has collaborated with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Gulf Ecology Division as a Postdoctoral Research Associate.
