Dr. Molly Baugh is an Assistant Professor of Music Education and Instrumental Music at Indiana University Southeast (IUS). She directs the IU Southeast Orchestra, coordinates the music department, and teaches courses in music education, theory, and conducting. With 13 years of K-12 orchestra directing experience across five states, she bridges academic theory with classroom practice.
