Moji Olugbode is a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance and Programme Manager for the MSc Finance programme at Plymouth Business School, part of the University of Plymouth's Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Business. Her work focuses on banking performance, audit practices, and corporate governance in Middle Eastern contexts, particularly in Islamic finance and MENA countries. She has supervised research on topics including Islamic vs. conventional banking performance, audit fee determinants, and the impact of e-recruitment in Saudi Arabia.
Teaching responsibilities include Financial Research Methods, Quantitative Financial Modelling, and Managerial Finance. Her research aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to economic growth and financial inclusion.
