Dr. Moira Scerri is a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Supply Chain Management at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School. Her research focuses on technology adoption in healthcare, service value networks, and productivity measurement in service industries. She holds a PhD and Master’s in Management from UTS, with over 30 years of industry experience spanning travel, IT, and education sectors.
