Mohsin Khan is a Lecturer at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Pakistan, and a PhD candidate in Public Policy at Northeastern University's School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs. His research focuses on political economy dynamics, ethno-political conflict impacts, and policy solutions in the global South. He also serves as Program Director at M&S Research Hub and Member of the Advisory Group at CIVICUS.
Education includes a Master in Development Policy from KDI School of Public Policy & Management (South Korea), MPhil in Rural Development, and BSc (Hons) in Agriculture. He has held roles with KOICA, the Government of Pakistan, and READ Foundation, managing socio-economic development programs across Asia and Africa.
Research interests span gender equality, institutional reforms, elite capture, and application of behavioral economics/field experiments. He founded TransHelp, a health-tech startup addressing marginalized communities, recognized by Gilead Sciences and the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs. Awards include the Global Ambassador Fellowship and National Short Story Award.
His work bridges academia and practice through policy analysis, impact evaluations, and innovative tech solutions. Active in civil society strengthening via CIVICUS and M&S Research Hub's data analytics initiatives.
