Dr. Mohammad Farhadinia is a Lecturer in Conservation Science at the University of Kent. He holds a BSc and MSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of Tehran and a PhD in Zoology from the University of Oxford. Previously, he served as a research fellow at the Oxford Martin School and held an OPEN fellowship focusing on the post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework. His research emphasizes rewilding, conservation geopolitics, movement ecology of megafauna, and transboundary conservation strategies.

Labs/Teams: Engaged in collaborative projects with the UNEP World Conservation Monitoring Centre and Oxford Martin School.
